Jamie has always been passionate about health and wellness. He believes that in order to strive in all other parts of life, self care has to be a priority. He came into massage therapy to help others achieve this balance in their lives and to be a guide to reaching their own wellness goals.

Jamie treats postural, repetitive and overuse injuries, often seen in both sedentary desk jobs and active manual labour. Some of his patients see him as they adjust to lifestyle changes or to make improvements to their current activity level.

He also believes that incorporating specific stretching and strengthening makes his treatments increase effectiveness.

Jamie has continuing education in perinatal massage and works with pediatric patients, having experience with high risk pregnant patients at BC Women’s Hospital.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys Vancouver’s food scene and spending time with his wife, daughter and best buddy pup Archie.

“Those who are fixed on a star do not change their mind” - Leonardo da Vinci.

Kathleen finds a lot of fulfillment in life by helping others - its’ one of the main reasons she got into massage therapy in the first place. For her, massage therapy isn’t just a career, it is a way of affirming life, allowing her to help people find healing and strength and the courage to take on another day.

Part of her philosophy means adapting her treatments to every patient’s unique needs as treatment goes on: carefully tracking progress, constantly evaluating barriers and outcomes during therapy, and checking in with patients to ensure that their treatments are aligned with their personal wellness goals.

Kathleen brings a wealth of experience in treating trauma and acute conditions, particularly involving frozen shoulder, overuse injuries, trauma & pain from the injuries caused by motor vehicle accidents, as well as treating patients with pre and post-natal conditions. Knowing that aches, pains and injuries have the real capacity to grind our lives to a halt, Kathleen is driven to bring massage therapy as a means of getting results for patients: of reducing, mitigating, and most importantly – resolving these frustrating barriers to health and wellness.

When Kathleen is not working at the clinic, you can usually find her sewing, cycling, painting, or enjoying the company of her husband and their little house-rabbit, Sasha.

Kristina previously worked in various long term care facilities providing personal care and assistance for folks living with dementia, cognitive disorders, and physical limitations. Over the years, she received massage treatments to help manage her body while working in a physically demanding profession. The education and care she received throughout her treatments, paired with her passion for health care piqued her interest in becoming an RMT.

Kristina believes the foundation of health and recovery is body awareness and holds space for emphasizing each treatment within a communicative, and consent-based dynamic. She understands that each person’s therapeutic goal is unique and providing a beneficial treatment plan requires not only a thorough assessment, but also an achievable home care plan to ensure a positive healing path outside of the treatment room.

Recently graduated from the Langara Registered Massage Therapy program, Kristina is educated and applies a variety of passive and active techniques tailored to her patients needs. Some conditions she has interest and experience in treating include nerve compression disorders, chronic pain and fatigue, post-operative scars, headaches/migraines, and a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries.

During her days off, Kristina enjoys her time tending to her growing indoor and outdoor gardens, trying out new recipes and exploring the outdoors with her two rescue dogs Bonnie and Finnegan.

Before coming into massage therapy, Dabin was in a career that kept her at a desk, putting in too many hours every week - something that is becoming more and more common in every industry today. She juggled daily work with muscle tension that contributed to headaches and postural dysfunctions. Dabin knew that in order to be productive at work, the physical discomfort had to be addressed and sought out an RMT.

Since becoming an RMT herself, many of Dabin’s patients see her to treat those exact conditions that she had been all too familiar with, such as tension headaches, tingling and numbness, low back pain and internally rotated shoulders. She is motivated to work with patients to adjust their daily living activities to decrease and manage stress and tension, especially as an alternative to pain medications.

When not at the clinic, Dabin enjoys listening to podcasts while gardening and spending time with her husband, daughter and their Frenchie.

Sabrina graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018 and has been practicing since. Her choice in pursuing a career as an RMT stems from a place of wanting to help people feel their best and a general interest in the human body and anatomy. During her education, she had the privilege of working with various populations including perinatal, athletes, and long-term care patients.

As a therapist, she is empathetic and understanding towards her patients - listening and curating treatments specific to their individual needs. In her years of experience thus far, Sabrina has seen and treated many issues relating to postural dysfunctions, injuries from repetitive strain or exercise, and other common day-to-day issues including stress, headaches, and general muscle tension.

In her treatments, Sabrina takes an overall approach; assessing and treating multiple areas of the body to effectively treat the underlying issue. She enjoys incorporating myofascial, stretching, and joint play modalities along with general swedish techniques into her work.

Outside of work, Sabrina can be found exploring Vancouver and its latest food and beverage trends, practicing yoga and the gym, and spending time with her pet cat and dog!
